Abstract


This study was conducted in Punjab university Administration Block employees. In this study, rewards are hypothesizing to have an effect on employee motivation. Particularly, this study seeks out to explore and examine whether rewards had a positive relationship and greater impact on employee motivation. These forecasting are structured into hypothesis that will be introduced later in the research
